A visit from across the pond
In our "Desperado" days, late 70s early 80s, we did some recording with a band from Canada,featuring Bill and Sue-On Hillman.
An album was put together in Terry Gavagan's studio at Pity Me, Durham
Some 27 years later we are about to meet again as Bill and Sue-On are to pay us a visit at the end of April.
They hope to catch some of our gigs and maybe we can persuade them to do a couple of songs with us.

she's done it again! Alun's daughter sarah gave birth to a second grandchild, Joseph connor. Mother and baby are fine, Dad bruce is knackered.

Well we're ready to come back on the pub circuit again. Trouble is we haven't got many gigs at present.
All you lovely landladies and landlords out there who require a band or if you have any cancellations dropped on you at the last minute, we'd be happy to help if we can. Keep us in mind for your diaries next year.

John is to become a Grandad
So congratulations to Becky and Paul who will become parents in May 2004

We've been spending again!
John's bought himself a new Fender Stratocaster (American of course) and a Line 6 Spider 210 amp.
Merrick got a new Line 6 guitar modeler and Line 6 Spider 210 amp.
Mick got a new Peavey 5 string bass and a Peavey B15S combo amp. (He's getting to old to lift that big unit he was using).
We just have to learn how to drive the things now and we'll be o.k.

The Old Git's A Grandad

Becky gave birth to a beautiful baby girl , Lucy
